Workspaces
One workspace per product or company you sell; switch between them, rename or delete one.
A workspace holds everything for one product or company you sell: its companies and contacts, lists, templates, campaigns, sequences, automations, Gmail accounts, tracking domain, team and settings. Nothing is shared between workspaces.
Several workspaces
If you sell two products, make two workspaces. Switch between them from the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar; Pedibee remembers the last one you were in. Each has its own team, so a colleague can be a manager in one and a member in another.
Create a new workspace from the same menu. Whoever creates it is its owner.
Rename
Settings → Workspace: the owner can change the name and website. The website is where the tracking domain suggestions come from.
Delete
Only the owner can delete a workspace, and never their last one. Deleting removes everything in it for everyone: companies, contacts, sent-email records, campaigns, Gmail connections (access is revoked at Google), the tracking domain and the team. There's no undo.
