Campaigns
One email, personalised for each person, sent one at a time.
A campaign sends one email to a list of people, filling in merge tags like {{first_name}} for each, one at a time with a random gap between emails so it reads like a person sending.
Build one
- Content — write it, or start from a template. Pick a signature if you like — your default is already chosen.
- People — pick contacts, companies or lists. People who unsubscribed, bounced, replied or were emailed recently are skipped automatically, and the preview tells you why.
- Schedule & pacing — the days and hours to send in, your time zone, and the gap between emails. Turn Track opens and Track clicks on or off here.
- Launch, or schedule it for later. You can pause, resume or cancel at any time.
Results
The campaign page shows sent, opened, clicked and unsubscribed for everyone, the links people clicked, and each person's status. Export it as CSV.
