Sending with Gmail

How emails leave Pedibee, and how much each Gmail can send.

Every email you send from Pedibee — one-off emails, campaigns and sequences — goes out from a Gmail account connected in Settings → Email account. It appears in that account's Sent folder, from your own address.

Daily limit

Each Gmail can send 1,900 emails per 24 hours (just under Google Workspace's 2,000), shared across everything it sends. A campaign can name a backup Gmail that takes over when the main one reaches its limit.

Warm-up

A new Gmail should start slowly. Warm-up sends a few clearly labelled emails a day to inboxes you control, growing over 30 days, while your campaigns' daily limit grows with it.

Deliverability

  • Domain health (Settings → Email account) checks your SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blocklists and explains each fix.
  • The inbox check in the editors warns about things spam filters dislike — link shorteners, image-only emails, shouting subjects and more.

Schedule an email

In Email, write your email and choose Schedule instead of Send email: pick a date and time (in your time zone), or In 1 hour, Tomorrow 9:00 or Monday 9:00, then Schedule send. It goes out from the Gmail you chose within about a minute of that time.

Email → Scheduled lists what's waiting, what was sent and anything that failed. You can view each one, change its time, send it now or cancel it. Everything that applies to a normal email is checked when it goes out — the do-not-email list, the signature, tracking and the Gmail's daily limit (if the Gmail has used up its day, the email waits until there's room). The API (sendAt) and your AI assistant can schedule emails too.
