Short answers to the questions we hear most.
Does Pedibee read my inbox?
No. It only has permission to send from your Gmail. That's why you mark replies yourself.
Can I use a personal @gmail.com address?
Not to send. Only Google Workspace accounts on your company's domain can be connected. Personal addresses also can't sign up.
How many emails can I send a day?
1,900 per Gmail account per rolling 24 hours, shared across everything that account sends; less while a warm-up runs. Connect more accounts to send more. See Limits and pacing.
Where do sent emails show up?
In the Gmail account's own Sent folder, and on each contact's activity in Pedibee.
Why is there an unsubscribe link on my campaign emails?
Every campaign, sequence and marketing automation email carries one, plus the one-click unsubscribe header mail apps show. It's required by Gmail and Yahoo for bulk senders, and it's what keeps your spam rate low. One-off emails carry it too by default; you can leave it off one email, or turn the default off in Settings → Workspace. See Unsubscribes.
Can someone unsubscribe by accident?
No. Clicking the link shows a page with a button; only the button (or the mail app's own unsubscribe) opts them out. Security scanners that open every link don't unsubscribe anyone. If someone does opt out by mistake and asks to come back, remove them from the list in Email → Unsubscribes.
What's the difference between a campaign and a sequence?
A campaign is one email to many people. A sequence is several emails over days to each person, stopping when they reply. See How Pedibee is organised.
Can I schedule an email?
Yes: one-off emails up to a year ahead, and campaigns for a start time. See One-off and scheduled emails.
Do opens and clicks change a contact's stage?
No. Only emailing (to Contacted) and recording a reply (to Replied) move a stage automatically.
Why are some opens "not counted"?
Apple Mail, security scanners and some mail servers open emails and click links by themselves. Pedibee records them so you can see what happened, but leaves them out of the counts.
Can my AI assistant send emails?
Yes, if you allow Emails: send when connecting it, and it asks you before sending. See MCP server.
Is there a free trial or pricing page?
Billing lives in the product. Ask us at support@pedibee.com.
Where is my data stored?
In Pedibee's own database on Google Cloud. Gmail refresh tokens are stored encrypted; API keys are stored only as hashes.
