Sequences
A series of emails over days, stopping when someone replies.
A sequence sends several steps to each person, a few sending days apart. A step can start a new thread or reply in the same thread as the one before.
- Name it and write each step: the subject, the email, and how many sending days to wait.
- Enroll contacts; a dry run explains anyone who'd be skipped.
- Someone who replies, unsubscribes or bounces is stopped automatically once their contact is marked that way.
Each step shows how many were sent, opened and clicked.
