Your account
Your name, how you sign in, passwords, and signing out everywhere.
Settings → Account is about you, not the workspace.
Name
Change the name shown to your team. It doesn't change the sender name on Gmail accounts you connected; managers set that on the account itself.
How you sign in
You can sign in with a password, with Continue with Google, or both.
- Password: 8 to 72 characters. Change it from Account with your current password.
- Google: sign in with the Google account whose email matches your Pedibee email. The first time, Pedibee links the two. A Google-only account has no password; you can create one from Account within 15 minutes of signing in (sign in again if it's been longer), or use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
Changing or creating your password signs out every other device.
Forgot your password
Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The link we email lasts one hour and works once. It also confirms your email, if you never had.
Confirming your email
After signing up with a password, confirm your email from the message we send. You can't create a workspace until you have. If you joined through an invite you can use the workspace meanwhile, with a reminder to confirm.
Sign out everywhere
Sign out from the profile menu ends your session on every device at once. API keys and connected AI assistants are separate: revoke those from their own pages if you need to.
