Getting started
From sign-up to your first email in a few minutes.
1. Sign up with your company email
Sign up at app.pedibee.com with your work address, or Continue with Google. Personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook and the like) can't sign up — Pedibee is for teams.
Confirm your email from the message we send you; then you can create your workspace.
2. Create your workspace
A workspace is one company or product you sell — its companies, contacts, campaigns and settings. You can have several and switch between them from the profile menu. Whoever creates a workspace is its owner.
3. Connect your Gmail
Go to Settings → Email account and connect a Google Workspace Gmail. Pedibee only asks for permission to send email — it never reads your inbox. You can connect several Gmail accounts and pick which one each campaign sends from.
4. Set up email tracking
To see opens and clicks, the owner adds a tracking domain in Settings → Email tracking — see Email tracking. Without one, emails still send, just untracked.
5. Invite your team
In Settings → Team, invite people as Manager (can send and change data) or Member (can see everything, change nothing).
