Contacts
The people you email, at a company or on their own.
A contact is one person, identified by their email address — each address is one contact per workspace. They can work at a company (leadId), be in any number of lists (listIds) and carry your workspace's custom fields (customFields).

Stages
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
NEW | Not emailed yet. |
CONTACTED | Emailed. Set automatically when Pedibee sends them an email. |
REPLIED | They replied. Set it when they do: it stops their sequences. |
BOUNCED | Their address bounced. |
UNSUBSCRIBED | They asked not to be emailed. |
CONVERTED | Won — they became a customer. |
DEAD | Lost. |
Campaigns and sequences skip people who are REPLIED, BOUNCED, UNSUBSCRIBED, CONVERTED or DEAD.
